This project is designed with a high titanium slag production capacity of 75000 tons/year, which can provide about 60% of titanium raw materials for Haifeng and Tai's annual production of 100000 tons of chlorinated titanium dioxide factories, playing a positive role in stabilizing the supply of chlorinated titanium dioxide raw materials. After the completion of this project, it can comprehensively treat 80000 tons/year of chlorinated waste residue generated from the production of chlorinated titanium dioxide. This process fully utilizes petroleum coke and titanium concentrate in chlorinated waste residue for comprehensive resource utilization, recovers valuable element Ti from chlorinated waste residue, and becomes a product in the form of high titanium slag.
